Ozzy Abaddon is an Indo-Deccan, avant-garde design studio founded by Azalea Saba in 2025. The studio explores craft-centered practices shaped by moments of cultural overlap and isolation. Rooted in her mixed lineage, Saba’s work merges speculative living with heirloom gestures to create one-of-a-kind objects and furniture.
Using hand-built ceramics and Indian craft techniques, the collection treats furniture as emotional evidence against the unresolved contradictions of identity. Drawing from the excessive whimsy, decorative saturation, morbidity, and spectacle embedded within both Indian and American cultures, the work romanticizes the thrill of innocent rebellion and glamorizes ritual.
