Collection, processing, and transfer of personal data in orders
To complete the delivery of your order, customers are required to provide personal details such as name, address, email, and phone number. Current Obsession (Jewellery in Culture Foundation) respects your privacy and ensures that this information is used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will:
- Use your personal data exclusively for delivery purposes.
- Retain this data only as long as necessary for order processing and related inquiries. All personal data will be securely erased within 1 year of order completion.
- Not share your personal details with third parties, except for the Artists and delivery service providers directly involved in fulfilling your order.
By placing an order, you consent to the collection, use, and temporary storage of your personal data as outlined above by Current Obsession and the Artist.

Please note that withdrawing consent before the completion of the order may affect our ability to process and deliver your items.
Newsletter
Use of your email address for mailing of newsletters
We use your email address outside of contractual processing exclusively to send you a newsletter for our own marketing purposes, if you have explicitly agreed to this. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the relevant link in the newsletter or by contacting us. Your email address will then be removed from the distributor.
Your data will be forwarded to a service provider for email marketing in the course of order processing. It will not be forwarded to other third parties.
