MEASURE A RING YOU ALREADY OWN

If you own a ring that fits you well, measure the inner diameter in millimeters (mm) of it.

Measure the inner diameter of the ring and round up to the nearest mm within the table. The inner diameter of the ring is the size of the straight line from one side to the opposite side. The number of mm is your ring size. See the table above to check which size you have.
